Hassan Akram; an Iraqi writer, was born in Basra in 1993. He published many stories, articles and literary dialogues in reputable Arab newspapers.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in life sciences from the University of Al-Qadisiyah, before heading to work in the field of publishing, book industry and marketing. He was awarded the Arab Horizons Prize for Creative Writing, and a “Mufradat” grant in Belgium. He recently published a collection of short stories under the title (Nightmares).
